Help!! Can't print train tickets - we go on Sat

I booked train tickets from Paris to the south of France via trainline. Got a confirmation email which I have printed out. Now I want to print the tickets but I can't find the confirmation email!

Have Tweeted Trainline but they haven't replied.

Have asked Trainline uk but they can't help with travel outside the UK.

Have logged into my Trainline account but there is no record of this booking - which is worrying.

Have emailed Trainline Europe but they say they take 2 days to reply.

Help help! What can I do??

Panic over!!! Trainline have emailed me back and sent tickets. Phew!

That's hood news. Was going to suggest looking in your email bin. Sometimes I get a bit gung ho and delete the wrong thing! 😁
