Dishwashers - what do people think of Beko?

I need a VERY affordable dishwasher. I'm seeing good reviews of Beko online - anything I should know?

Other recommendations?

We’ve got a Beko. Cheap as chips and works absolutely fine. No issues whatsoever.

Clumzy · 24/07/2019 18:04

I had one in my last house, fine all round. No issues except having to change door seals but they were cheap enough, about £11 I think, and dishwasher was a few years old by then.

Mine is fab. And was 2nd hand so even cheaper than chips (as cheap as a potato perhaps?)

A few different settings but I only ever use one, plus it's v quiet. I think the tablets used make the biggest difference.

I got one second hand no less and it's fab! Everything comes out sparkling, no issues.

Beko appliances are very good. I have a Beko washing machine that is 10+ years old and still going strong. I know it's not a dishwasher but I really rate Beko

Stringervest · 24/07/2019 18:13

We have had two and they are great. The one at our last house is 5 years old and still going strong.

I have a little rule to myself. If John Lewis sells the brand we're good to go! John Lewis sells beko. My mum has a beko dishwasher and she thinks it's very good and she's had high end brands before

NoWordForFluffy · 24/07/2019 20:47

We have a slimline Beko and it's brilliant!

ConorMcGregorsChin · 24/07/2019 20:48

Not dishwasher but I've got Beko washing machine had about 7 years it's fab ! Definitely recommend 😊

IloveJudgeJudy · 24/07/2019 21:18

We've got a Beko freezer that we've had years and a Beko washing machine that we've only had a few months, but it's so much better than the Hoover we had previously.

AppleKatie · 24/07/2019 21:20

ime Beko are pretty good and excellent value for money.

Foxyloxy1plus1 · 24/07/2019 21:27

Beko are made by Grundig, I’m told. Our dishwasher is integrated, so our options were limited. The two that had the features we wanted were Miele and Beko. The price difference was hundreds. It has good programmes, a cutlery tray at the top as well as a cutlery basket. I prefer the tray. It’s so quiet that there’s a red light that shines on the floor to let you know when it’s on. Way, way better than the crap Zanussi that came with the house.

amusedbush · 24/07/2019 21:37

I don’t have a dishwasher but I’ve had a Beko washing machine for about five years and it’s great, no complaints. I bought it on sale to replace an ancient broken one and it has held up brilliantly.
