Locked out of Facebook. Help!

I'm at an absolute loss as to what to do. I've scoured reddit etc. Basically I think someone reported a post I made on Facebook and my account got suspended for suspicious activity and that I may have been a victim of a phishing scam. It's something I do regularly for my job and it's done with permission from the admins groups I share to.

To reactivate my account I seem to be going through this loop with Facebook's checkpoint system. I change my password, verify myself via phone/IDing comments made/photos of my friends etc and then it says there's been an error and it starts all over again. I've tried masking my IP, older operating systems, using different computers, emoting my cookies and cache and I can't get past it.

As well as being linked to my work there's all my distant family on there, friends etc and years of photos from people etc.

I cannot for the life of me work out how to contact Facebook and get this sorted. Can anybody help at all!?

Do you have a FB app on your phone? Have you tried following the procedure that way?

It’s a bloody nightmare and fb seems glitchy in their own security systems too- my dd has been locked out and no longer has the old email linked to her fb. She had signed up to the “trusted friends” where she can get codes from friends to get back in. Codes entered correctly but fb message just says try again or you are trying too often (once in a 24 hour period!)

So she is stuck and literally can’t get in either And can’t notify Facebook as you need to be logged in to report it. Keeps going round in same loop...

I've tried my phone, three different computers, various browsers (including internet explorer 6) and nothing. I've tried the friends verification thing and it won't even let me or anybody do that

Can you create a new account and contact them via their own FB page to ask advice? They have the option to message them.

I have a separate account I had set up for an old role which I've used to contact them and we've also used my husband's to contact them and heard absolutely nothing back in over 48 hours.

Did you try via messenger rather than report centre?

I’ve had more success that way.

Just tried on Facebook messenger and it's referring me to help centre.

Does facebook have a twitter page you can contact customer services on? Just a thought...
