I have a little question for you all as I know you are all marvellous at advice. My DD started her periods a few months ago, she's going on an activity holiday soon without me. There will be water activities. It is looking like she will have her period, what do we do about that? She doesn't want to miss out but doesn't want to use tampons. I used tampons so wasn't an issue but don't know what to tell her to do...

The GP can prescribe norethisterone to delay the period for a few days

Drugs.
She has to choose which option she doesn't want to do less.

You can get period swimwear these days so no need for tampons
