I have 6 hours to myself tomorrow, looking forward to it but it’s now mega hot.
Battersea is my start/ finish place. Can anyone recommend anywhere?

Battersea park is lovely. Riverboat trip along the Thames. Look at the doggies and kitties at Battersea HomeGrin

It’s absolutely roasting. Find a cinema with air conditioning, think Wandsworth cineworld is closest? And curl up in comfort. Perhaps a picnic breakfast in shade of battersea park trees.

I'd sit in the park with a picnic and get an ice cream if the shop in battersea park rd is still there. Boat from the power station to southbank and mooch along the river. If it's really hot then drink plenty of water.

Go to Oddono’s Ice Cream Parlour on Northcote Road. There’s a good reason why it’s won awards!

Hampstead Heath bathing ponds? A bit of a trek from Battersea but you have 6 hours and would be sooooo refreshing.

I wondered cinema, an ideal would be a cool spot to read for ages!

There’s also Tooting Bec lido, closer than Hampstead heath
