When I close my eyes it’s all a blur/random crosses/lines

How on earth do I get to sleep?!!

It's pretty normal to "see" all those things when your eyes are shut - everyone sees stuff like that . Getting to sleep is a separate issue - if you're having trouble, your best bet is to see your GP. Good luck !

Sounds like a migraine. I have these and it's like jagged lines, flashing almost, whether my eyes are open or closed. Mine travel across my vision and go away with painkillers and rest. These types of migraine, don't come with head pain for me.

I'm not a dr, I'm just telling you my experience, go see a dr if it persists or worries you enough.
