Do I have to pay to change driving licence.

Getting married soon. Is it a simple form or do I have to pay?
How soon do I have to do it? As will move house about 4m after marriage so don't want to do twice.

You don't have to change the name to your married name OP, unless you want to of course.
You can wait until you move home to change your name and address. If memory serves me, there is no change for change of address.
