Career of the Future

I'm fed up of the corporate world. Fed up of being treated like a second class citizen because I work part time. Fed up of being patronised because I'm in my mid forties and still quite junior (I had a five year career break and then a career change).

I want a career that will last me for the next 20 years. That will allow me to reduce my hours as I get older. That will let me work with others (I'm not good on my own) and allow me to keep learning and let me gain respect and gravitas.

I'm very happy to re-train.

Ideas please you clever lot...
