Where I work had a training session based on personality types. Over half of our staff tested as defenders. I don't know if they all like it but we have a good retention rate.
We work in internal audit.

Isfp here. None. Hate working anything full time. Even if it was something I was passionate about I would rather have free time I think.

Have cobbled together a few pt jobs and a bit of volunteering and that'll do for now. Think isfjs might be more OK with 'structure' than infps though...

Pinkbonbon · 28/07/2019 17:15

Isfp's rather. Though I'm pretty much on the cusp of both.

ISFJ working in IT and yes, I’ve really enjoyed it. I specialise in data and databases. It’s very detailed, analytical work with a lot of precision and planning required.

What is isfj?

BuildBuildings · 28/07/2019 17:19

Sorry I'd googled it with the letters in the wrong order!

INTP - for me the words ‘career’ and ‘car-crash’ are pretty much synonymous ...

Emelene · 28/07/2019 18:54

INFJ - I'm a psychiatrist. Smile

I work in healthcare...not sure if I’m in the right profession.IT wouldn’t work for me as I’m a technological idiot but I like the idea of analysing data. I do like structure. I like to feel useful.
