Young men walking around with their hands down the front of their pants

Not sure if this is just one of those things Ive begun to notice but recently (last few months) Ive noticed lads in their mid to late teens strolling along with either one or both hands down the front of their pants. Or hands in pockets, but the hands are on their genitals.
One yoyng man was actually clutching his genitals on the outside, cupping them through his jogging bottoms whilst on the phone.
not sure why their doing it, it seems unconcious but it looks bloody odd.
Perhaps as a woman, I don;t understand the need to be in constant ontact with my nethers. Its not a prudishness, it just looks out of place. Do it in the comfort of your front room watching the tv, not sure its appropriate in public.

It changes,as they get older they move round and start scratching their bums.

I remember lots of lads doing this when I was a teenager in y thirties now. But do agree it definitely seems to be more popular again now. I don't remember seeing anyone doing it for years and the in the past couple of week seen a few lovely trackie bottom specimens having a feel 🤢

I HATE IT. It makes me feel sick.

I was just thinking about this the other day, there seems to be hordes of 'youths' doing this lately. It's awful. The old me would have made a comment about having a small dick and being paranoid about losing it so having to keep it in hand. However, hubby made me stop that, along with my more aggressive road rage as he was worried that stupid little boys would get their own back.

I was sitting in the car waiting for DH who was in the chippy. A young lad was on his mobile with his arm down his trackies. He saw me looking and extracted his hand then 5 seconds later his arm was back in there 🙈. DH sits in the sofa with a cupped hand gently on his, over his clothes i always say ‘please it won’t drop off!’ He usually says ‘well not yet but i’m Not taking chances!’ I figure he’s not rummaging in his pants so it’s not that bad.

It's vile, lads in my town do it all the time and the PP who said they're all skinny and shirtless was right, but neglected to mention ratty faced and with so much hair gel I'd find it inadvisable to have them around naked flames. And called Troy. They're always called Troy.

Male version of social anxiety?

I had a past colleague who couldn’t start a sentence without giving himself a reassuring tweak.
Very hard to concentrate on what he was saying, and made shaking hands much less tempting.
