Help!! My bff wedding next week and my rosacea ugly bad face decided to break out in rosacea hormonal itchy pusicle style spots!! I use Paula’s choice anti redness exfoliating solution with 2% salicylic acid and finacea cream from gp but nothing shifting them!! HELP!!
