I had really hoped to hear an update of her day today. Not going to mention any of the issues on the thread as they've caused some distress to the poster but I hope she might see this (if it is not deleted) and just wanted to wish her good luck for today and for getting home. She had a lot going on.

Thank you. I went to DLP just with the DCs today. We had a great day, ate cheaply at McDonalds and came away much happier than last time.

The other issues are a work in progress but I'll get there.

Op mumsnet is great and pearls of wisdom shine through but some people are natural bullies. Don't take to heart what random strangers say.

I know someone in rl who reminded me of those types and her own standard and life was in turmoil but she went out of her way to bully others over what she perceived as bad things
