Can you help me with a packing list? Please? It’s an emergency

Due to a medical emergency of an elderly family member I have to pack for 3 weeks in Mexico exhausted after 11pm tonight, I’ve been up since 4am and am stressed out already.
Anyone with any brilliant packing lists, or reminders of what you forget will rate fully appreciated.
Thank you

Hope your family member is ok.

A couple of thoughts:

Plug adapters
Insect repellent and antihistamine
Suncream
Phone charger
Something to read to keep your mind busy if you are likely to be waiting around a hospital
Portable battery charger for your mobile if you have one (easier then trying to find a plug if you are out of the house for long periods)

Are you staying in your relatives house and can therefore use their washing machine etc and therefore don't need to pack 3 weeks worth of clothes?

It’s my DGM, she is 97 and is ok, but needs me with her until my DM is home on Saturday evening.... she’s in the uk - Mexico is a holiday and I have made my post very confusing! Sorry.

thanks for your help I would have forgotten antihistamine for sure.

I guess it depends what you'll be doing while you're over there. Caring for or spending time with the relative or time to relax too.

Medication
Toiletries
Shorts/T-shirt's/summer clothing
Swimming costumes
Towel
USB fan
Adaptor plugs
iPad/phone/chargers
Book

Will you have access to clothes washing facilities while there, that way you can pack less & wash things there.

If you've got time, place an order for suntan lotions etc to collect at the Boots airside & that'll save you time shopping here for things.

Glasses and contact lenses? They're the only thing I really really couldn't travel without.

Will you have access to a decent shop to get things like toiletries or emergency clothes if necessary? Do you need to bring Sanpro or can you easily get it there?

I would be inclined to bring some snack things for initial arrival - a pack of cereal bars or a box of snack packs of crackers, some portion packs of dried fruit and nuts (if they’re allowed in to Mexico) etc.

A water bottle to fill and bring with you.
Perhaps one of those small highly concentrated bottles of squash to flavor it.

A small backpack or large handbag or tote bag - to bring things around as you go , grab any shopping/scripts/hold your notes from talking to Drs/your book or other quiet task for waiting rooms etc (a cross stitch, crochet needle and thread, logic problems book...).

Is there anything you would find comforting from here - a particular brand of tea, pack of biscuits, .... that it’s useful to squeeze into a cranny in the case?
Or something from here that elderly family member would love to get from here?

A pashmina or similar to use as an extra layer when necessary- plane, late night in hospital etc.

I hope things go ok for your family member.
