Hi a few years ago my partner asked the bank if he had ppi on his then mortgage the lady told him there was evidence of ppi so we wrote a letter to them however they wrote back and said there wasn’t 🤷♀️ A few days ago he received a letter from the bank saying “when you asked us about Ppi on your mortgage we told you you didn’t have a ppi policy , we shouldn’t have done this as we have now identified ppi on your account I’m really sorry and we are now dealing with this as a complaint”
