Will it help with that stocky loss of waist look. 50 year old menopausal woman with a holiday at the end of August when I’d like to look better in summer clothes.

Combine running and some weight lifting and you're sorted. Highly recommend kettlebells - lots of workouts on Youtube.

What's your diet like? If you've only got 6 weeks or so I'd be going low carb, high protein and doing loads of HIIT.
