Do I need sunshade on tinted window? Newborn baby

Googling and not seeing any official guidance really. I'm trying to find out what percent tint we have. You can't properly see through from the outside but I don't know if we still need a sunshade for the baby or not.

In an ideal world I’d like our rear windows tinted but we never get round to it. We do have the stick-on sunshades and I’d use those as a minimum, definitely. When we’ve been in cars without them and the sun’s particularly bright, we’ve known about it. It’s not very comfortable for young ones and they can’t/don’t avoid it as easily as older ones.
