Anyone used Auxilis car hire?

Do they always collect the car when they say they will?

This week I've had a courtesy car from them; it was supposed to be collected Friday, then they told me Saturday, and now it's still there. I can't call them until Monday; and they gave a lot of warnings of having to pay extra if they couldn't collect it when planned. Is it usual that the collection time is so indeterminate?
