We are in Spain and our garden is full of lemons. I’d make lemon delicious pudding (self saucing) but you have to whip egg whites, and I don’t feel like doing that with a fork. Assume limited ingredients available, and it’s over 30 degrees. Any suggestions? I’m a decent cook and a little fussy, but a thread not so long ago about super easy show piece desserts and lots of them sounded amazing so I’ve high hopes (& I’ve pinned them!)
