Would you leave a job you're happy in

For slightly better salary and work from home?
We're considering moving to the countryside with 5yo DS, so I've been looking for work from home roles. I've got a final interview today and now I'm not sure.
I've finally got a nice boss (rare in my experience in law). The people I work for are flexible. I no longer speak to clients.
But I'm worried I might be missing out on a great opportunity. It's a newish firm who are doing things differently.

Yes, would and did.
The idea of working for a new firm would also excite me, chance to try something new and make your mark.

Also u say u have a nice boss. How would u feel if they left and you'd given up this opportunity? Nice bosses come and go.

Yes I did but I’m very different circumstances to you.
It was professional suicide and 5 years on I’m still trying to recover.
I’ll get there though.

The "chance to make my mark" hit home. I've never wanted to be a partner in the traditional sense.
Nice boss has been at my current firm for 20 years but I accept she could leave.
