3 dc's have come home from a fab trip to Turkey with ex dh.
All fine and good .
But they have all got tummy upsets .
Cramping and LOTS of trips to the toilet .
No vomiting.

I did pack them some Imodium in case it happened there...but am i right in thinking that now they are home just to "let it happen" .
They did some how have ice in a drink on the day before they left .

What do yoy reckon ...get something for the cramps tomorrow ??

Poor things. What have you done in the past when theyve had upset tummies. They say better out than in and imodium wont help. If they're getting dehydrated and really poorly I would at least call 111 for medical advice. It could be food poisoning or a bug. Best seek professional advice.

Just let it happen. It will pass.

Give them some rehydration sachets or a sports drink to sip.

Hope they are feeling better this morning. If stomach cramps are still an issue, you could check if they can take Buscopan which is fine for adults, although I am not sure for teens. It's recommended for IBS type symptoms.

Giardiasis is very common in Turkey. If the symptoms don’t improve soon I would take some stool samples to your GP.
