Has anyone had a successful pregnancy after having moderate bleeding for 5days?

Hey
So just wondering if anyone has been through this situation before?
My husband and I recently found out we were pregnant and we were ecstatic! Couple of days later I started to bleed, it wasn't heavy but it was kind of like a period without the cramping. I have had 4 pregnancies and this has never happened in any of them so I'm just maybe trying to get some advice from someone who has been through the same situation! I have got a scan in a couple of days and I know you will probably say to wait but my anxiety is through the roof!
Thanks in advance

I haven't seen a midwife yet as we literally found out and went to drs because of bleeding :(
I'm crossing everything and hoping it is all fine

I had way more bleeding than that and it lasted for about 9 weeks. Just trying to get him off to sleep now.

Yes I had it with DD2 who is almost 10 now. I bled from approximately 8 weeks to 22 weeks, pretty much constant bleeding, ranging from light (like the beginning/end of a period) to a medium flow.

Thanks for all comments though, it's great to know that people have been through what I have and had successfull pregnancies :)
