What would you cook?
I think I would do Indian food but no idea for desert.

Goats cheese tarts, lamb in redcurrent jus with potatoes dauphinois, chocolate tart with raspberry coulis. Love a bit of French cooking .,, all are dead easy though!

A soup to start
Meat pie with cheese mash, broccoli and green beans
Chocolate cheese cake

Baked camembert with homemade bread and chutney

Herb crusted rack of lamb with potato fondants and asparagus wrapped in Parma ham

White chocolate mousse with shortbread

Been thinking about that menu for a long time, big CDWM fan :)

smoked salmon mousse wrapped in thinly sliced cucumber with melba toast
