None but I always wanted a sister and envied friends who had them, even though they mostly just squabbled. My Dad had "outside interests" throughout my parent's marriage which was awful for my Mum but I can't help thinking/hoping I might have a half sibling or two out there somewhere.

mamaduckbone · 06/07/2019 23:58

I'm the youngest of 3 by a long way - dsis is 16 years older, dbro is 18 years older.

I was a surprise, let's say.

DickZillaofTheVilla · 07/07/2019 00:02

2 sisters and a brother. I’m the eldest

ILikeyourHairyHands · 07/07/2019 00:07

Two older sisters, two younger brothers, I'm the middle child! I get on with them all very well, we really enjoy eachother's company. I clash sometimes with my sister who's closest in age (11 months difference), but we always manage to sort things out despite being very different people.

We all live geographically scattered but get together as often as we can.

cloudni9e · 07/07/2019 00:12

I'm the eldest of 3 , I have a brother and a sister. I'm 16 months older than my brother and 12 years older than my sister.

mehimthem · 07/07/2019 00:29

I too am the eldest of 3 - me, sister, then brother. Theres about 5 yrs between each of us, & we're not that close to each other. Our mother seems to be our touchpoint for contact on what we all are doing :(

Animum2 · 07/07/2019 06:19

Three. Two brothers, one sister. I'm the third child.

roisinagusniamh · 07/07/2019 09:36

I have 3 sisters and one brother .
I get on best with my brother .
My sisters are very difficult.
Why are you asking OP ?

icannotremember · 07/07/2019 09:38

One, a brother.
I always wanted another. I really wanted an elder sister but even as a kid understood there wasn't much my parents could do about that so bugged then endlessly for a younger one instead.

MadisonAvenue · 07/07/2019 09:39

One sister, she’s 11 years older than me.

doodlejump1980 · 07/07/2019 09:43

@heatherblue you thought of doing a family dna ancestry thing to see if that throws up any siblings?

HellYeah90s · 07/07/2019 09:45

I am effectively an only child, grew up with just my mum (single mum after my dad died).

She got remarried in my mid 20s so I gained three step siblings, all born in the same decade as me (I was born 83).

I have a good relationship with my step sister quite well, wouldn't say we are close but we have a good friendship. I get on fine with my step brothers but I don't see them that much. Considering we didn't grow up together I consider them more as friends.

Dowser · 07/07/2019 09:52

None but would have loved a sister and a brother

MaisyMary77 · 07/07/2019 09:59

4 brothers and 2 sisters, 51, 49, 48, 46, 42(me), 40 and 38. We had very busy parents...both dead now. We try to all meet up when we can but it’s hard as we live all over the world. Generally it’s only for weddings or funerals.

DisplayPurposesOnly · 07/07/2019 10:00

I have three 'half' siblings, but grew up with just one of them. Between us, we have two biological mothers, three biological fathers, one adopted mother, two adopted fathers. Our family tree is fun Grin

OddestSock · 07/07/2019 10:03

2 brothers and a sister, 39, 38, 34, 31.

I'm not particularly close to any of them, nor are they to each other. We do all meet up when I visit my parents (they all live in the same town) a few times a year though.

Adversecamber22 · 07/07/2019 10:03

10 half siblings, 5 from each parent.

I didn’t meet some of them till I was in my twenties as they live in other countries. Apart from one they are all much older than me, think 10 to 18 years.

I have three favourites for sure, it’s bloody crowd control really.
