Baby food pouches; ages and consistency

I know I should be able to work this out but my brain won’t function on the 3 hours sleep my LO let me have last night!

We’re gojng away shortly and I want to take pouches but I haven’t used many of them yet and can’t get my head around corrected ages.

I started weaning my LO at 4 and 1/2 months at the recommendation of her consultant so she’s currently having the occasional stage one 4-6 month purée pouches. She’ll be 6 months when we go away so should she be on the stage two/ 7 months + pouches - because she’s been on the stage ones for quite a while now - are the stage 2a more mash than purée?

Thank you!

I find it depends on which ones you get. Pasta ones have actual lumps of pasta in them, but rice pudding doesn’t have any rice.
Casserole type ones seem to have very small cubes of veg so it depends whether they try and chew when you’re feeding them?
My DD 6 months with 2 teeth, we weaned her at 5 months and we’ve just moved her up to stage 2 when we use jars. With the stage 1 she was trying to chew the purée. But I’ve also been given her my own mashed up stuff as well so maybe that confused her.
In the end I just bought a couple of jars to trial them.

Thank you, it will be Aldi’s pouches as that’s the closest supermarket for us to walk to!
Some
Days I think she’s chewing the purée I make others she’s just swallowing it.
She’s got no teeth yet.
