School uniform for tall skinny 13 year

DS is 13 and 5'8 going into Y9.

Just ordered M&S trousers age 16 for September and they just fit in length now, but doubt they will for long. Same with shirts.

I'm thinking he now needs men's but they don't have that magic elastic that pulls them together.

Where do you buy from? Shirts are blue.
TIA

Topman? Primary? They cater for manboys.

Primary. Sorry.

ASOS! I have a 6’3 skinny 14yo and they do long slim fitting trousers. About £20. For shirts I buy Next.

Are you buying the regular or longer length M+S trousers ?

Oldraver · 01/07/2019 14:51

Oh and I noticed George shirts go up to 17 years old

Most men's stores do skinny or slim fit black trousers, I have a tall slim ds and we found some in next and burton, he needs to wear a belt though as waist is a bit too big without.

CMOTDibbler · 01/07/2019 15:08

My ds is a bit taller than yours, same age, and the M&S extra long school trousers (he likes the skinny or slim fit) are good.
Shirts are another issue entirely, and he is wearing shirts gaping round the neck in order for them to tuck into his trousers

Didn't realise M&S do tall range.

Thanks everyone
