What leftovers do you have in your fridge.

No exciting reason other than I've a fridge full of leftovers to use. I'm also bored

The only leftovers are 2 pieces of pizza.

Loads!
Some apricots that were past their best and I made into a tangy compote for ice cream. 3 portions?
Chickpeas that I made from dry. Always useful.
Soup (2 portions) for quick lunches. Made loads on Friday.
Pork and cabbage broth. We ate all the pork and cabbage! Will be good for cooking grains or a risotto.
Some slices of sandwich ham in an open packet.
A portion of Viennetta.
Half a bottle of Rosé (to finish tonight) and some Lidl sangria bought on a whim and not appreciated.

Last nights paella, end of a roast chicken
