What type of person/ trade could spray paint some window shutters?

I have no idea what / who to look for to do this?
Just need wooden shutters painted white, professionally though not a bodge job that I could do myself !

I've followed these on Instagram, they spray anything. Obviously they may not be local, but they'll be similar companies around.
