Just been pick pocketed in France anything I can do?

Well your options are pretty much the same as here- go to the police, or not bother on the basis it’s unlikely you’ll get it back anyway.

Call your travel insurance but unlikely you will get anything. Really no point in reporting to local police; it happens hundreds of time a day. Be vigilant.

Agree with the above, police will do nothing and your insurance company will just laugh at you. It sucks but it is what it is.

Although if it's only euros you've lost and not an actual items like your phone of whatever then insurance won't cover that.

When it happened to us in February we reported it to the police who gave us a form for the insurance, took all afternoon and we got £300 back out of the €500 we lost

It’s not a huge amount but the found cctv footage and reported it all to police for us
