How delicious is ossau-iraty cheese?

Is it pronounced oss-oh irra-tee? So I know how to refer to it aloud rather than just 'yonder cheese with the highfalutin name is rather pleasing'.

It’s one of the best. The one from Waitrose is my favourite. And yup, correct pronunciation.

@SpamChaudFroid, it's a sheep's milk cheese and it's kind of nutty and creamy with a very slight sweetness.

Cherry jam is amazing at any time. Add a salty ewes' milk cheese and it's a whole new world of flavour.
