I don't see why people need "survival tips" to look after their own kids...

BernardsarenotalwaysSaints · 28/06/2019 09:38

Gaffer tape? Grin

What ages are they? Paint (in the garden on an old sheet). Play doh could work if they’re under 10. Every summer I get a roll of lining paper & draw round my dc, they then make clothes for it out of old magazines, fabric scraps, stickers etc. They love doing it & I have them all in the loft from when my eldest was 2 (now 9). It keeps them entertained for a good few hours (they usually keep it going for about 3 weeks doing a bit at a time)

Wow, Quick Draw McGraw with the shaming flag today Love. Impressive.

teyem · 28/06/2019 09:42

How old are your kids Dunstarr?

Invisimamma · 28/06/2019 09:47

Mine too!

We've started making a list of things we want to do over the holidays. Some free and some more expensive days out, some at home and some that involve going out and about.

Titsywoo · 28/06/2019 09:48

How old are they and where do you live?

Belindabelle · 28/06/2019 09:49

My youngest finishes at lunchtime today. He is 14 so not expecting to see much of him for the next 7 weeks unless he needs money or food. He may grace me with his presence now and again if I am lucky.

Really don't understand why some posters have to so negative to others,
We all could do with a little helping hand some times, even you I guess lovethetimeyouhave??

Mine break up next Thursday and this is the first year I’ve thought about needing survival tips. I have two teenagers and a 9 year old and boy the bickering that’s going on these days. I’m hoping that once they break up and are a bit less tired and a bit more relaxed they will stop sniping at each other.

RedElephants · 28/06/2019 09:52

dustarr73
