If I took a Paracetamol and was sick 15mins later does it count?

I'm 26 weeks pregnant and have the worst headache I've ever had. I took a Paracetamol then was sick does it count or could I have another one?

I only took one to start with as I try not to have them when pregnant

As you only took one you’d be ok to take another one then leave it four hours before having any more. If you’d had two I would have said it wasn’t worth the risk but one is only a half dose.
