Dh and I are thinking about buying a one bedroomed apartment and running it as an AirB&B. Have done the research and no problem with demand in the area for business/leisure and no issue doing this with management company. It's within a few minutes drive from our home. I work part time and have past experience with paying guests. What should we be aware of with AirB&B?
