Do you drink green tea? Please tell me about it.

Having made several attempts to like the stuff and failing I think I may have found one that is disguised sufficiently to make it almost drinkable, a berry one.

I am trying to reduce my builders tea intake. It is very difficult. I have fruit infusions which I avoid drinking, and most green tea gets left in the cupboard and then given away.

I have a couple of questions:

I find plain green tea, the ginko version and matcha taste disgusting and the Pukka berries one is OK, is there anything else I might like?

How much to drink in a day as I don't want to cause a different set of problems to the ones I am trying to resolve?

Not all green teas are made equal.

Personally I drink mainly Jasmine Pearl tea, which I get from here I find most of the green teabags you get in supermarkets nasty and bitter. You may like Genmaichai tea which has toasted rice in it so has a slightly popcorn flavour. I personally don't like it, but many people seem to love Rooibos tea which is slightly sweet.

Hot water makes it taste bitter, use water at 70c preferably filtered and only brewed for 2-3 minutes.

My personal favourite is a gunpowder green whole leaf of which you can use the leaves more than once.
