Why would an ofsted report be published and then removed

Report was published yesterday rating was inadequate. The report is now gone from the website.

Was it a draft or preliminary report? Sometimes they are draft reports with a notice to improve a certain aspect by a deadline. Maybe the report needs changing if the non-compliant issue has or been resolved?

Do you mean from Ofsted’s website or the school one? My guess would be that the school has appealed the inadequate rating and the report has been taken down while an investigation is conducted.

The ofsted one I thought appeals had to be done before the report was published?

Human error or some inaccuracy only noticed when it was published? You can ask Ofsted or the school what happened. They may even tell you the truth!

The school won’t say. is it more likely to be an appeal?
