Can anyone suggest a nice family car?

I've had my heart set on a Crossland X for ages and I was definitely going for that.

However, lots and lots of people have told me to steer clear of Vauxhall! Apparently they aren't the best of cars in general.

Can anyone suggest something similar in build/looks?

I like the '4 by 4' yummy mummy look of the car Grin

And the seat is high up which is nice and comfortable.

It'll only need to have 1 car seat in for my little DC, and space for my 6 foot plus husband's legs (who wouldn't be driving it).

Any suggestions?

Love my Seat Alhambra. You'd not get a brand new one for your budget but they're great. Three full sized seats in the rear, I have mine adapted with a wheelchair hoist so only use 5 of the 7 seats but it'd have a huge boot if you did that.

Funnily enough I love the look of the Nissan Qashqai but the older models, not the new ones.

It seems like a great car in the older model range. Very spacious

Kia Niro. Absolutely loved it and a good higher driving position.
