If you have clue what I'm talking about, have you had this problem & did you solve it? I've tried different computers, different cables, etc. Youtube videos list options that don't work, too.
SATNAV is only 9m old & doesn't know about many local roads. Looks like there is no way to update it, either. Argh. Xplore600 model may be going to Ebay soon.
