Slow cooker.
8hours on low.
Cover it in full fat coke.
Absolutely to die for.

Mine's in the slow cooker today.
About 8 hrs on low, nothing else in there because dd2 prefers it that way.

Will serve with roast spuds and cauli cheese later on :)

I do mine in slow cooker with apple juice,
4-5 hrs on high.

Poach in water with onions, bay leaf & peppercorns until a knife goes in easily. Preheat oven to 180. Mix grain mustard with brown sugar & maple syrup and brush all over the gammon. Roast in oven till glaze caramelises. Yum

I have a massive ham saucepan. Depending on size-we are having this today and I have a huge piece, so I will book it for 3-4 hours, in a combination of water/apple juice.
Then I will take it out, remove most of the fat, criss cross the remainder and coat with a mixture of coarse grain mustard and honey. In oven for 40 mins to crisp up. Leave to stand for a while. Eat-yum!

I boil.for about half an hour and then put in a roasting bag with honey in the oven for about two hours .

I also use a slow cooker and put it on in the early afternoon.

Couple handfuls of chopped onions in the bottom (I just use frozen).

Gammon on top - black pepper and chilli flakes

Drizzle with honey and BBQ sauce

Dinner time take it all out and carve it up, then smother in the onions and sauce it was cooking in. Delicious!
