Shipping wedding dress to Russia?

ive put my wedding dress on gumtree and ive had a reply from someone wanting to buy it from me from Russia. Dodgy?

Shipping to Russia is a nightmare - tracking doesn’t work well so there’s a good chance you won’t know if it’s arrived or not, their customs take ages too. I wouldn’t risk it tbh.
