Should I message about wanting to rent their house again?

Sorry if the title is worded a bit strangely!

About four weeks ago, a lady put up a post on fb saying she was renting her house out. I messaged her straight away as property is few and far between here, we can't afford our current place anymore due to unforeseen circumstances, this one is perfect and has an extra bedroom (considerably cheaper too). She said she'd let me know very soon. About 10 other people had commented on the post (I wasn't the first) so I'm aware it's a popular property. I hadn't heard anything so I messaged her last Friday asking what was happening etc and she said she'd let me know on Monday what was going on. I've heard nothing since. I want to message her again and ask but I don't want to annoy her. What should I do?

Title should say her, not their, sorry!

I'd message again however I'd take note of how lacking her replies are. Is she going to be like this when something in the house goes wrong? I mean if she can't be bothered begging in touch with people who actually want to give her money is she going to be proactive when stuff goes wrong?

Getting not begging

I think that she'll say that she's accepted someone else as I can't imagine why else she wouldn't let me know?

I would write

Has this gone?

...under the original post. Either she or the person who’s got it may reply.

So I messaged her at 9:30 pm last night. She's read it and not replied. Sigh.

She might have been inundated with messages.

Perhaps they have someone who they are completing tenancy checks on and can’t move forward until they are back.

I suppose, just not holding out even though I'm still hopeful.
