What are those swimming pool houses called?

When I went to Florida (a really long time ago) there was a sort of mesh conservatory over the swimming pool at the villa. What are they? I want something like that but I don't know what to call it and my search terms aren't yielding any useful results.

When we owned a home in Florida, we had a covered pool. They were called birdcages in South Florida.

Our pool house itself was called a cabana.

Ours also provided shade as South Florida sun in August is brutal. It was neither cool nor refreshing to jump into an uncovered pool.

Thank you, I thought it would be nice to have a protected area to eat outside in as I am likely very allergic to wasps and probably also my DC. I shall go and do my research!
