Is anyone celebrating the summer solstice tomorrow morning?

I am going to see the sunrise at the beach with my friend at 4.30am - I have never done such a thing before and although it feels very early the weather forecast is lovely and I know I won’t regret it

My dd usually wakes around that time and gets into my bed so the best I can do is look out of the window!

I've always thought that I'd like the summer solstice to be my wedding day, but, as I'm still single I don't think it will be happening anytime soon

How lovely! I'm nowhere near a beach sadly. I have plans to make a honey cake and sit it in the garden in the evening (possibly with a campfire)

My wedding anniversary is 23 June, which was the nearest Saturday to the solstice the year we got married.
