I am interested in wedges espadrilles with flexible sole

I like the look of wedges espadrilles but I can't walk in them as they're so wooden. I don't know how anyone can walk in them but women do so I blame my feet.
I once had wedges sandals with rubber sole and they were so light and flexible. Wish I could find something so comfortable again.
Will be grateful for any recommendations.

I like slingback wedges, closed toes.
Once had slingback weave wedges. They were super comfortable. Can't find anything similar anymore.
