This was after leaving me stranded with two under 6, having missed our flights we had pay for new tickets and wait 5 hrs for the next flight. We missed activities that we had booked for that afternoon, we finally arrived after 12am. Kids were ratty, hadn’t had any dinner. No room service as the kitchen had closed for the night. Just a complete nightmare!
I complained, I didn’t get any response or acknowledgement, the airline would accept responsibility either. Now months have past, out of the blue I had an email requesting details for a refund.
They’ve gone and over refunded me in the wrong currency! Seriously couldn’t make it up. I’m minded to just not respond and let them figure it out their end via their bank.
So give help me write a witty fuck off response. 🙊
