What to eat with cauliflower cheese?

Eating down freezer contents as moving and I have a cauli cheese. What should we have with it for a quick easy dinner? My girlfriend doesn't eat meat and my brain is blank

Veggie sausages & peas. Yum!

What's wrong with you all? Everyone knows it should be mash, mash and more buttery mash 😁

Salad, garlic bread and crispy bacon/onion bits

Sausages ( in your case yours meat, hers veggie obviously) & baby carrots

Or

Big helping of cauliflower cheese with garlic bread

Roast tomatoes and baked sweet potatoes.

More cauliflower cheese. Yum.

Just ate this with quorn sausages, peas and sweetcorn for tea!

Really fancying cauli cheese now

I'm having some now with rice and a beef pie. Also using up things in my freezer and really fancied rice so why not!

White bread and loads of butter!

Slightly different but we had leftover cauliflower macaroni cheese (Jamie Oliver recipe with bacon and breadcrumbs on top) with fish and chips yesterday - breaded M&S haddock or COD (can’t remember) with home made chips made in the air fryer. It was a nice combo.

Cauli cheese and fish fingers is a winner with my DS however if no meat or fish then maybe veggie sausages. Or with a roast dinner

We have it with bacon and peas and sweetcorn.

Surprised only a few people have said chips!
