What’s the best advice you’ve read on here?

I was thinking the other day that I read something on here that has stayed with me and I use it all the time - a poster advised someone who was in a bad and scary relationship to gain confidence and courage by imagining all the people that had ever had her back (just hers) like teachers, parents, friends, friends mums, neighbours etc etc all HER people and imagine them silently standing with her, like s kind of solid protective army. I love that! Mainly because it channels you yourself, pre kids, marriage etc. The old you.

So I wondered if any posters advice has resonated with you? Whether you think of it or use it or whatever?

Not to get rid of harvest man as they eat/kill normal spiders. It’s true.

Quite similar to that, OP - about going back to painful childhood memories but taking someone back with you in your mind, whose in your life now, who is there to say they love you and hold your hand, and say how wrong the situation is. Iyswim.
