I have a sore nose. in side my left nostril on the top at the front it is sore, if feels like there is a scab in there, it is rough textured and sometimes I can pick a scab out. It goes away and then after a few weeks it comes back.
Its quite irritating but not the end of the world. From the outside the affected area is a bit red and shiny.
It has been ongoing for about a year if not more.
The thing is I found my biological dad a few years ago and he had a prosthetic nose. He said nose cancer but he is dead now and I only met him that once so I don't know any details.
