Teenage spots. Products to try?

Hi, has anyone any recommendations for products for teenage spots ( not acne) but quite a permanent crop on chin and around mouth area. Ds is 15 and starting to annoy him. Tried lots of different face washes etc but nothing seems to work. Thanks in advance

Lush coalface, cupcake mask, vanishing cream moisturizer, grease lightning spot cream. Gritti Politti or herbalism are good gentle exfoliators for spot prone skin.
Vitamin E capsules, omega 3 supplements and plenty water help too.

This stuff is pretty good and very mild.
