WWYD? GRAPHIC & TRIGGERING - Child sexual

Apologies for the random thread title. I can't think of a way to phrase it.
My ex lives in France. We were not a long term relationship - in fact I don't know him at all tbh.

This morning I woke up to a message from him saying something along the lines of 'why parents should control what they do in front of children as they do what they see' and a video.

Clicked on the video and it's a girl maybe 2 or 3, with a little boy aged 1 or under watching tv together. The little girl starts to pull down her pants and the video is about 3 minutes long, so I immediately shut the video down and deleted it as it looks like the girl is going to do something sexual, given the message from him too.

So I got really annoyed and told him that I had deleted it, that he should and to never send me anything similar ever again. His reply was just that 'Is caution to adults to watch our kids immoral acts and correct them'.

Now I've about 10 reasons for feeling sick about this. WWyd? I watched about 10 seconds, so I don't actually know what happened in the video but the little girl's face was clear to see. I've deleted it, so not sure if police could retrieve it if they needed to and as I said I don't know what's on the thing. I have felt sick all day, not least because I am expecting a knock on the door from Interpol!

The sender is the father of my child but has never met her.

I wish I had had the stomach to watch the whole thing, but it was being recorded by someone in the same room as the children.
I have no idea how such a video is 'out there'. If it went the way it looked like it was going that is.
I have no idea whether it was taken by relatives of his, thinking it was cute, I don't know what was on the video, or whether it's some sort of viral video.

If you think it's sexually graphic I would go to the police and ask them to watch it and deal with it accordingly.

Yes, ring 101 and tell them what's happened.

Getting the run around from 101 to Interpol and back to Met.
