Hi I am currently applying for HEO Civil service positions and previously worked at a HEO level . I have been applying for HEO jobs but I am not getting through the shift . Also there seems to be inconsistencies in the scoring with the applications. It is starting to get frustrating as theses examples when used previously have scored high . Any advice would be appreciated .
