I forgot to defrost. Can I just cook from frozen?

I've bought frozen sausages before which could be cooked from frozen so surely fresh sausages should be ok too?

I do this all the time, it's fine. I cut one in half to check it's not pink in the middle before taking them out of the frying pan though.

I used to cook sausages from frozen at times,as I don't have a microwave thing. But now I don't, as I never buy sausages now.
So cooked from frozen was all ok. Just cook them slowly on low heat before browning them off.

It’s probably not ok but we do it all the time. I’ll be doing it later.

Yes of course it's OK

Put them in as you're warming up the oven

Definitely, we do it all the time. Just cook them quite slowly so you don't end up with overcooked outside and undercooked inside.

Cut one to make sure they're cooked right through.

Yes, I do them in the oven for 30 minutes at 180.
